About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Foilsummit website and any orders you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page applies at the time of your order.
Products and pricing
We list products with prices in USD and make every effort to keep details accurate, but occasional errors on a live store are possible. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we may cancel or adjust the order and notify you. Sale prices are valid while stock lasts.
Orders
When you place an order you are offering to buy the items in your cart. We confirm acceptance when we send your order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or limit an order, including orders we suspect are fraudulent or placed through automated means.
Shipping and returns
Shipping times, methods and costs are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping & Returns policy. You may return most items within 30 days in unused, clean condition. Certain items — including used gear and sale items sold as-is — may not be eligible for return, as noted on the product page.
Intellectual property
The Foilsummit name, logo and site content are ours or our suppliers' and may not be used without permission. Product descriptions and imagery shown are provided on behalf of the brands we sell.
Liability
Gear is described to the best of our knowledge, but all products are used at your own risk and should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's guidance and local safety regulations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Foilsummit operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
