Shipping times
In-stock orders placed before 1pm (local time) ship the same business day. Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days within the US depending on your location. Oversized items — boards, long masts, full foil kits — ship by freight and may take longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on most orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout. Freight items quote separately — we'll confirm the exact cost before you're charged. International shipping prices and any duties are calculated at checkout or provided by quote.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking information where available. If your tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us and we'll investigate.
Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unused, clean condition with original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Used gear and sale items
Used gear is inspected, tested and described honestly — but it's sold as-is, and condition/discolouration is not a valid return reason. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Boards and foils damaged during transit should be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we process refunds to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Exchanges and store credit are usually faster — just ask.
